我小時候（那時候我才小學畢業）就要工作，
我選的是理髮院的實習，
實習要一年（是有錢可以領的），
除了實習還要幫老闆做家事，
有一次我幫老闆顧小孩時一不小心把老闆的小孩摔到地板上，
然後老闆的女兒就骨折了，
所以我在那裡做了一年都沒有錢

When we were young, our family was poor and had six children.
After graduating from elementary school,
I became an apprentice in order to make money.
I don’t know how much money a year is, I forgot.
The boss had children. I was doing some housework.
One day I was carrying the boss's little girl.
At that time, I was only in the sixth grade
and didn't know how to hold her safely.
As a result, the boss's youngest daughter
got a fractured bone.
My salary for a year was gone,
I worked for a year without getting paid anything.

ARTIST STATEMENT

What is the artwork about?
我的藝術品關於阿嬤幫老闆抱小孩不小心摔到骨折所以阿嬤帶小孩去看醫生解果我阿嬤一年的工資都沒了，就這樣我阿嬤只好自作自受回家跟媽媽說我把老闆小孩摔傷了，出去工作一年沒拿錢回來。
My artwork is about my grandma back then holding her boss’ child and accidentally falling down and the child breaking a bone. So my grandma took the child to see the doctor, Xie Guo, and lost a year of salary. She had to do it on her own. She went home and told my mother that I had injured the boss’ child and worked for a year without getting any money back.

What was your goal when making this artwork?
希望可以讓大家都看得懂我畫的畫跟喜歡這幅畫。
