This project brought together senior community members, elementary school students, and university students to collaboratively design and paint a public mural at a campus recycling station. Through guided co-design sessions, shared storytelling, and hands-on painting days, the mural became both a visual intervention and a social process—using intergenerational collaboration to connect environmental responsibility, civic participation, and place-based learning. The project emphasized reuse of materials, collective authorship, and public ceremony, positioning art as everyday infrastructure for sustainability education and community cohesion.
