Project Outline

VIS International Experimental Junior High is located in Taipei, Taiwan!
We focus on mixing multiple subjects in our projects.

For this project, we explored HERITAGE + IDENTITY + MULTIMEDIA + JOURNALISM + ART. All students conducted their own interviews with a relative, wrote transcripts in both their native language + English, created a painting based on their relative's story, wrote their artist statement, and participated in the post-project Art Critique as well as the end-of-semester Art Show.

The project took 8 class weeks.
